hey omar huge fan here ive learned alot from you, right now im looking to get an inzer belt now i dont know which one to get whether 10mm or 13mm, powerlifting belt or weightlifting belt. I know i want a good one that will last me quite a while and my main goals are overall strength, im an intermediate lifter currently on Wendler 5/3/1
