Hi Sir good day i am new to your channel,and also i’ve been looking for basic boxing routine for fitness.and this what i found,very thankful for this heartly and selfless basic learning tutorial video you’ve shared.

I’m 4 years late but I felt like that beginning chat about lifting but not learning combat skills was for me cause all I do is lift and I just decided I wanted to learn to fight too even if I never use it
