@mscharrenbach I wholeheartedly agree, Scott is sort of a "celebrity" because he was on The Real World but he comes across as a nice and humble guy that stays in tune with all his follower's body types and he doesn't act like the typical douchebag "pretty boy" fitness model that you can easily find on YouTube.

Hi Scott,
Im training for 2 years now, but ive got an assymetry in my chest ( ribs on the right side are more inwards, my mom has scoliose). because of this there is more tension on the left side (looks bigger), the right side looks smaller. There is no difference in power. Surgery is not possible. But i'm scared that by training the difference between my left/right pec wil get bigger and bigger? Can i better stop training my chest to much? Is there a way to even it out?
I hope you can help me!

That was an awesome video about jump rope for beginners like me. I have a small query regarding this exercise. Do we need to wear a supporter while doing this exercise? And if i wear a supporter will it effect my abs work out?. I want to loose my belly fat with jump rope exercise. If i wear a supporter then do my abs get worked up when i jump rope?. Thanks
