I did 2 rounds before work along with the full body stretch and one of your arm workouts. I'm really loving your videos. I watched your story too. I was in great shape for a decade before foot issues set me back, then I hit menopause and food just started sticking to me. It was frustrating. Started running again but my IT band and knee started bothering me. A friend said to do barre online but didn't like any of the instructors. Finally found your videos and they've been awesome. No foot problems doing them and my IT band has felt great or rather I don't have any issues with the IT band. Thanks for sharing your story and making videos that I can work with!
