How many butt and legs targeting videos are recommended to not overtrain?
In January I started doing this workout 1x a week w/o weights (in addition to my usual workouts) and by mid February, others and myself noticed a difference. I have begun doing it less frequently (only because due to the increase in mass I feel like I now look more stumpy whereas my intention was to look long, lean and muscular) but everyone puts on muscle differently so I would def recommend trying it. My legs and glutes are definitely more solid after incorporating this video in my routine.
Other factors that may be of importance:
-I use pre and post workouts
-I went from working out my lower body 1x/week to 2x/week (this being the additional day paired with 2 total body videos such as their 20min Brutal HIIT Ladder Workout)
I can only do one round at a time. But this is my first day! lol
