I enjoyed watching this! The workout's great but I sure wish I can get a body like yours.. the only problem is.. can I please stop having cravings and cheat snacks while on a diet??!!?

I have a super steep hill by my house. Would this workout work if I ran up the hill and then did the other moves, and then continued with running up the hill?

If i did this on a stepmill… do you know about how long i would do it for each take if i was on a fast setting to "run" up the stairs?

Conquered this using the stairwell in my apartment block on the 9th floor! The 6th and 7th floors were pitch black which was scary but it made me go faster! Thankfully managed to avoid meeting people! This was great for the short cardio burst I was craving today. Next time I'll try all 10 floors!
