thank you for the workouts! I love them, even though I can't say I see as much results as many others do… I got one question: I used to play field hockey for 13 years and my trainer always told us we have to hold the stretches for at least 30 seconds, otherwise they aren't effective at all… You don't seem to do that. So is that true or false? I'd really appreciate an answer! 🙂 Love from Germany!

So I Lucy's workouts and I dont hurt THAT bad the day after. This is my 1st time doing this and it was east, my balance was actually good. So why after only 6 hours am I hurting something awful. I dread how I'll be in the morning. Needless to say this works and I'll be doing more. Thx Lucy

Just finished this workout for the "Feel Fabulous for Summer challenge" (week 3) and I won't lie, it was a tough one!💪
I would've liked if there was a preview of the moves but I can't really complain about it since this video was posted 4 years ago 🤷‍♀️
