We are working at a rate of millions of viewers to 2 people – who do all of this for free. Plus – #1 I gave you an answer… #2 If I were to give you a detailed answer off of the over simplified question that you asked me, it would be irresponsible because I don't have enough information about you, #3 I would not have the time, energy, or resources to continue to create free full length workout videos for all of our other (grateful, gracious, supportive, understanding) viewers. He moves waaay too quickly between sets – he's at very advanced level and for anyone 2% less capable it's incredibly difficult to keep up. Great workout just wish he'd give a few more seconds between sets.
