Any guys out there who is smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol and have extra weights,

This moves are not easy as they look as, like this beautiful lady does. Make your resting time little bit longer like 30 secs, otherwise you can embrace hearth attack..

Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.
