Hi Amy. Great working out with you today. I normally take Saturdays as a rest day but will rest tomorrow instead. Loving the live workouts. I wouldn’t at all mind if your little ones played in the background. They are adorable. ❤️💪

This was a REALLY good one to get moving after sitting at home working all day! Also… I've been doing your postnatal for about 6 months now and until today have NEVER successfully done a single leg deadlift before so looks like they're working!
