Be where you are today – Options for all fitness levels provided. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a little space to move – Let’s do it!

So good! Kept it heavy!!! My 4yr old joined me for a good chunk of it! Those split lunge jumps had me laughing… ha. As did the row/swing! Thanks for another great workout!

You´ve definitely got the power Amy!:-) Love the powermoves, and yes that is where I am able to go heavier!:-) Think I want to buy a pair of dumbbells even a little heavier, just to challenge myself!:-) I am feeling fit and strong and I am 54 years old, I cannot thank you enough Amy, you have changed my ways of working out. Before I was a runner, and it was boring! Always a joyful time working out with you Amy!:-)) Lots of love!:-))

Another technique I love. It feels so empowering to use the heavier dumbbells even though it's less reps. We need to do that sometimes!

When you say 12 lbs dumbbells do you mean each one is 6 lbs? So total is 12 lbs?

I keep gaining a pound a week for some reason my diets the same and im doing your workouts daily coud it be muscle clothes fit the same
