Oreos are not vegan.
There are actually plenty of ways to get enough calories, proteins, etc as a vegan. I have been vegan since I was six and I am a multi sport athlete. I have a cousin and my sister’s boyfriend are both vegan body builders.
I’ve tried those chocolate cup things before and they are so good!

At the very beginning of my vegan journey, I hated plant-based milk. Now, I've grown fond of vegan milk. If I have something that has regular milk in it (like a coffee beverage or oatmeal), it kinda ruins the flavour for me — and I'm not even vegan anymore, just vegetarian. It's all about your habits.
