I came to see what bodybuilder was Olympic lifting, then saw this dweeb Matt, now is he supposed to be a bodybuilder? Because he is not, never competed as a bodybuilder or dieted so lets not call him a bodybuilder, he is just a YT gymrat!

Jerk and snatch are totally different when it comes to the typical press, it's exactly as Sarah says it's all in the legs. Man, I miss training with kettlebells. 🙁

Big muscles but bodybuilders can't even use their massive legs … to me bodybuilding (specially on steroids) is a real joke! At the same time I really appreciate British Olimpic Weightlifters ( as I practice it since 2 years already)

at my gym a girl jerk 80kg like me but she do'nt strict press 50kg and i do 72kg
