In today’s body-weighted arm toning workout we are going to target the triceps, biceps, shoulder and chest and you don’t need any equipment! We’re going to get through 4 moves, 3 rounds of each. Let’s do it!

Love this one! My arms are one of my favorite body parts to train so I’m always looking for new exercises. Those tricep push ups had my triceps on fire, but I love them! I’m going to start incorporating them into my routine.
I like this workout, but can you please get the adverts that are happening in the middle of it to stop please. It’s really frustrating!

I was about to finish the first round and then my internet died so I said: well I’ll repeat this. Once I did, my internet was alive again and I said: okay let’s see if I missed anything (I’m already dying at this point). I was missing the third round 😭Thank you for this amazing workout. ❤️
