In today’s body-weighted arm toning workout we are going to target the triceps, biceps, shoulder and chest and you don’t need any equipment! We’re going to get through 4 moves, 3 rounds of each. Let’s do it!

Love this one! My arms are one of my favorite body parts to train so I’m always looking for new exercises. Those tricep push ups had my triceps on fire, but I love them! I’m going to start incorporating them into my routine.

This is a great workout! No equipment needed and very effective. Great choice of music, motivating yet relaxing. I really appreciate how you talk to us before and after the workout, but don't talk thru it. Thank you so much.

I was about to finish the first round and then my internet died so I said: well I’ll repeat this. Once I did, my internet was alive again and I said: okay let’s see if I missed anything (I’m already dying at this point). I was missing the third round 😭Thank you for this amazing workout. ❤️
