What a full day of eating looks like for me while intermittent fasting and body building. I’ll take you guys through a typical day for me, what I eat, when I eat, and how much I eat!

EDIT: Some times for the meals were slightly off.

Meal 2 was at 4:00 pm
Meal 3 (Post workout shake & PB Toast) was at 6:45 pm

I am new to the gym and before finding yku on here just teaching myself enough to get through a few workouts and every time I am starving like halfway through the workout and i had no clue why i would get so hungry lol

I have been Intermittent Fasting for 13 yrs and it works for me 100,000%, Intermittent Fasting and with carb cycling is a shredder 250,000%, what you think Dana
