Hey everyone! 🤗 I feel like gut health has become a pretty sexy topic with lots of products claiming to promote it and lots of ideas on how to take care of it, so I wanted to know exactly what leading scientists can really say with confidence and what’s still a big question mark where all we have is theory ❤️

How would you go about changing towards a plant based diet? I have been working out and meal prepping and have been getting dizzy and I have been bloated more.

Fecal transplant is commonly used for the treatment of c. difficile aka C.diff infections in patients that don't respond to antibiotics, so as Natacha has said don't do it unless your doctor prescribes it for you.
