I followed this guys workouts pretty religiously. Excellent results. I was in the best shape of my life last year before the Christmas season hit. Started back today and lookin forward to getting even fitter this time round. Seriously, if you persevere with these work outs n eat a healthy diet, you wont regret it!!! Keep um coming coach!!!
