This is a CRAZY hardcore sculpting and fat melting routine that’ll get you in tip top shape with me as I enter my 2nd Bikini Competition. Grab 2 dumbbells and let’s kill it. You’re gonna hate/love me at the end. Just warning you.
GUIDELINES:
Create a DVD Cover (front panel) best showcasing the fun and personality of Cassey and the Blogilates/POP Pilates Community! For sizes, just google “DVD cover templates” and create an image big enough to print to the bleed.
What must be included in design:
“Cassey Ho”
“POP Pilates: Total Body Workout”
“Blogilates” or “Blogilates presents”
“Full 1 hr slimming & sculpting routine”
“Just like being in a live class with Cassey”

I want to leave the creativity up to you but if you were thinking for a place to start, I was kinda thinking make it look like a magazine cover! I think that’d be punchy and cool. But of course, do a few and submit em all! Your idea may look better than mine!

OMG awesome workout! My favs were the Standing Fire Hydrants! You never fail with totally new exercises. This one will go to my list of exercises for my patients for sure 😀 And normally I hate burpees like hell but even if your version is more challenging I totally love it!

I just couldn't do the last move, I can barely balance on one leg & now I feel like I cheated because I only did 3 on each side and want to quit now 🙁
something is wrong with me today… dunno why my thighs are not as strong as they were.. mybe because of yesterday's workout? or the tuesday HIIT? I can't even hold squats for 10 secs! I used to hold em all the way through! and I'm unable to do these cardio workouts and give my 100% because my thighs are getting tired too easily but nothing else hurts…
I guess its just one of those days when you're a bit weaker than usual… I'll recover 🙂

Cassie, I love you, but the screaming and the random bursts of "woooooooo" are very annoying. I know you just get excited, but please try to control that. You do it in your newer videos too. I would not have said anything, but high pitched sounds actually give me migraines. Alvin and the Chipmunks, spongebob's laugh, babies crying, it's not just you. I am sure most people enjoy it but please try to rememember those of us with sensitive ears (:
