Get in the lunge position but move your back leg even further back so it feel like a stretch. Lean your chest forward toward your front thigh. Keep your abs in tight and press and release your back knee towards the floor and dip into you butt cheek on the front leg. Do this video and then repeat it on the other leg 🙂
