it'd be cool a video on when to and more importantly when not to switch training program
Hey Omar I was diagnosed with a low grade spondylosis in my lumbar spine. I am in a brace until it heals, but my doctor said I should never heavy lift again. I would like your opinion if you think this guy is just trying to save his career. I am 17 and not lifting heavy again is a hard to imagine.

What is a meet?
Can you guys make a video about powerlifting prep. about 2nd topic you were comenting, for instance if your squat year before was 600 pounds and this year 2 months before the meet your squat shoots to 650, should you grind and try to increase it to place better at the meet or hold back and try to maintain current strenght for the meet??

@OmarIsuf I want to see the "Couch" train during his offseason. Does he have a program; is he strengthening his weak points; or is he simply doing full body hypertrophy training to gain as muscle as he can before meet season again?

Any advise about sweating with long hair? I have to fight the urge to shave it all off because it's such a pain in the ass to wash when it gets sweaty, but I refuse to have a smelly head. Mine is long enough right now that I've been tying it in a knot.. basically wearing it 'up' like a samurai.. or a woman with a mustache. Yeah I'm skinny.
what about nutrition wise for powerlifting meet? in regards to caffeine timing and carbs?

What if it’s like 8 weeks out when you test your max. Just so you are lifting the right percentages?
