If you do your lower back in, you can use a chest expander to still train rear delts. And if you can use 5 springs, you are really very strong.

I'm overweight trying to lose weight but also wanting to start lifting so I can build muscle too but it's been a long time since I lifted weights at all. So your 45lb dumbbells are like the 100lb dumbbells for me 🤣 I hate starting over on working out after years….gotta go back to the baby weights….so embarrassing lol🤦♀️
