On fb i saw u train evry muscle exept ur abs on time/week.
Here in Belgium we usually train them 2times/week, if I also train them 1 time/week will I also get great results?
do i have to do double preacher curls or can i do single arm
@ThaGenius101 that is solely up to genetics, when i was 13 i was 6 ft and i wanted to be at least 6'8 unfortunately i'm 16 now and 6'3 and im still the shortest guy in my family, it all depends on people and their genetics, maybe i might shoot up another couple inches but i doubt i will grow much more.
Q. How heavy do you go when you do this routine?
I ask because i would like to see how strong i am against yourself on this routine.
I would like a target to aim for.

Hey Scott. Wouldn't it be better to do the "EZ Curl bar exercice" with an actual straight bar? I feel like the EZ Curl Bar actually makes it more easier, making it less effective in my opinion.

Scott, what muscle groups do you recommend working out on the same day? Ie: biceps and tris or chest and back… Your advice would be appreciated I feel like you can burn out one group before and that can hurt your next muscle groups workout…
