Y'all some haters so sad. Hatred is a ugly trait.
Vegan is certainly the healthiest opcion, however most vegans eat too much fat, and fat just makes you fat. Search for low fat raw vegan and especially 801010 for optimal vegan nutrition.
If people are going to be Vegan, and don't eat animal products, they shouldn't wear animal products! Vegan is a lifestyle and vegetarian is a diet, some people who are vegetarian still wear animal products like fur and buy snake skin shoes! Get the facts people!

Eat good and feel great…!
vegan isnt just avoid milk eggs etc its not consume tested animal products and Fur, its life style in pro of animals and your own health not a diet!
Protein is not just in soy .. * Face palm *
Beyonce is a puppet. And I wish her masters would stop copying REAL people
Fit! I lost weight fast and I eat all day! Protein is in spinach, kale, asparagus, but I eat tofu & plant based cut up veggies in a tortilla w/ salsa & at night, same, only I use beans or rice in the tortilla., I love avocados for butter & you can use coconut oil too & add nuts for cream for coffee. In a processor w/ food cloth strainer so no lumps. Lol. I think I'm going to try to make veggie burgers w/ my black beans & falafel, (soy in a box). Add onions & spinach & make mayo w/ almond milk. It's all here on YouTube. You eat all day & lose all night..now, building muscle mass not fat mass.
Beauty comes from the inside out.

Firstly, Beyonce sure doesn't appear to be Vegan today. Secondly, I wish people would stop being so darn dogmatic due to their passionate views about their personal choices. This causes people to create their own philosophies on stuff like the definition of vegan and vegetarianism instead of the factual, thus logical, definition. No, veganism is in fact a diet that can be a lifestyle depending on your own personal reasons for eating that way. It's the same with vegetarianism. Just because you eat vegan because you feel it is morally wrong to kill animals does not mean that someone who is only doing it because it is a healthy way of eating is classified as any less of a vegan than you. And vegetarianism may not simply just be a diet to people who feel it is morally wrong to eat animals, although they don't go to the extent of thinking that consuming animal's milk (which doesn't require for them to be killed by the way), is morally wrong. Just because they don't go to the extreme doesn't automatically classify it as a diet exclusively. It all depends on the reasons behind the person eating that way. Just because you don't agree with it, doesn't mean you stand on your high and mighty horse and wisk your rod around declaring who is or isn't really truly a vegan or vegetarian. As long as whatever you say deviates from the documented definition of it, you are just dogmatically setting standards for them according to your own philosophy and beliefs.
