This is so helpful! I'm a dancer and I'm still recovering from an MCL sprain atm so it's nice to have options for getting my knee back in shape!

I have really bad knees though I am only 33. Had an MRI and the doctor recommended PRP injections. I only need to lose about 6 to 7 kg, the main problem is my lower body. I have saddle bags and fat hips. And now I feel with these bad knees I can't do anything about my lower body. 😥
My rear knee hurts when I lunge since the excess skin removal.

the Elliptical Machine makes me miss going to gyms 😞 Pay RM50 monthly but I get to workout with various equipments. Now I am stuck at home, only limited to body weights and some weights. Also, thanks for this. I had knee issues for the past 2 weeks but still doing all the things you said not to do 🤣 No wonder I'm not improving! Haha

5:16 The swinging motion of an elliptical really makes my knees hurt. I walk with a slight incline on a treadmill. Bridging with my feet flat hurts as well, I keep my legs straight and put them on a low stool or chair. Lying front leg raises with a slight bend going up are also a good exercise. Almost like a small pedaling motion.

What about adding weight to the bridges? Is this OK ? And what about leg Abductions?
