Nice explanation and demo. I will give these a shot. I have been training in Kudo (Japanese MMA style) in Japan for about a year now. I have been told to do the knuckle pushups on your first two knuckles. When doing this it puts your knuckles, wrists, elbows, and shoulders in a str8 line, which will generate more power and train your muscles for proper punch mechanics. Not knocking your vid at all bro. I enjoy learning things from your videos…just a minor observation.
