At the end of this workout there is a short clip of a girl with long brown hair doing a squat and then circling the weight/kettlebell around her head. Just wondering which of your workouts this is in as I wouldn't mind seeing the rest of the workout 🙂 Loving your vids ladies Xx

Love it but your kettlebwll form us wrong. Its a full hip hinge movement, and a glute contraction to swing the bell back up. Youre doing a half squat/ half hip hinge because the bell is far too light for you. 😊
