This is a MAJOR trouble area for me! Thank you, Jessica! <3 Can you incorporate calf exercises in your videos, please?

I just love your dog. I'm so glad you have a lot of videos that are not floor exercises… because I hate them for one, but also my cat and chihuahua think when I get down to their level I am there to play. The dog thinks he should sit on me while I attempt to do whatever… it just doesn't work.

Wonderful workout!!!!  Inner thighs and triceps have always been my trouble spots.  Unfortunately, as I have gotten older, they are getting more obvious.  Thanks for helping me take care of that bye-bye thigh issue.  🙂

Loved this video! It was a great way to warm up the legs before going into a few of your other videos to work the lower body! All of your videos rock! I feel challenged every day doing different routines with you, and I love every second! (Even when I'm doing exercises I want to quit during lol! Don't worry: I never give up!) 🙂 Thank you!

Great as all your videos, Jessica. I have been working out along your videos for quiet some time now, but unfortunately only a very few of your DVDs are available in my country (Germany). I combine 2 or 3 of your free videos each day, but it would be really nice to have a DVD when I am travelling and Internet access is of poor quality (usually in hotel rooms, I don´t know why that is so). Amazon.com (US) does not ship to my country. Do you know any other possibilities (download would be the best for me) to get to your full-length workouts? Thanks so much. You are such great guidance, support and fun to work out with. Jacqueline

I have been exercising on my own for a couple months now and recently I've been feeling worried because I do the EXACT SAME THING every day–it's stuff I remember from my high school P.E. class! I don't remember everything, no, but still, I tried my best. It is the first time I have TRULY put my heart into exercising. The results were great; I lost about 45 pounds. Changed my eating habits and everything. However, what I discovered was that I haven't really TONED at all!

I was just browsing the internet for new ways to lose weight (I felt my usual routine rather boring and I was worried I was getting TOO used to it)when I happened upon you on youtube. I can't thank you enough for sharing your knowledge! You're really very fun and motivating, and I haven't felt a good burn like this in a LONG WHILE!! I am hoping to really tone up now and build some muscle because I LOVE being happier with MYSELF, and now I have FUN with my exercise thanks to YOU <3!!

great creative moves on traditional (uh, boring!) inner thigh work…I'd like to suggest doing these exercises with some "short and light" (1-2 min only: like JIP, JJ, mountain climbers, etc) it really gave me an energy boost and I got everything I needed to do for my workout in the limited time I had ..you're the best JS!

This is the first time in my life I have been able to track with a sustainable workout. Having recovered from past eating disorders and obsessive running, I thought I would always be too intimidated to try exercising again. Now I can, and it feels so good! Thanks so much for your videos, Jessica. I use them almost every day, and I love how encouraging and balanced you are in your approach to fitness!

I'm goin to be doing this once a day. It's an easy, effective short workout and you are very encouraging! I have been all over YouTube and have not found a thigh workout as good as this. Thank you jessica!

Is it possible to get a printable version of this workout…not all folks have smart phones, etc. and some (me) like to take the printed version with them to the gym. Thanks!

I eat a fairly healthy diet and have a moderately active lifestyle, but sometimes its difficult to get motivated to workout! When i feel unmotivated, I usually resort to workout videos to tell me what to do. I was feeling that way today, and this video was awesome! Great inner thigh workout, but I also feel warmed up and stretched out. Thanks for the workout boost today!

I love your workouts Jessica, but sometimes you makes comments that trigger me with body hating thoughts. I will never have a flat belly unless I engage in my eating disorder.
Still, you are better than most fitness experts about the comments. Your personality is wonderful and so are your workouts. Thank you . : )
