Normally I’m hesitant with arm strength workouts because of bad shoulders but this just made the ‘keepers’ list! Best arm/shoulder workout I’ve done. No discomfort or repeats. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Loved the challenge today Daniel! I hope to see more strength training videos keep them coming. Maybe more core with upper body or lower body with core :).
it's a good video, exercises were good and the continued different exercises are always fun as you keep moving on to the next exercise. But the way you were contracting needs to improve though. this is 3 years ago and maybe you have by now but there has to be a better contraction for better muscle stimulation and growth. But nonetheless, good video as regardless, this will really helps to get the average person up and moving for exercise.

I thought I needed to do 2-3 sets of the same exercise in order to feel my arms burn, but this routine has proven me wrong. This is my new favorite upper body workout.
