I wanted to say thank you very much I finally was able to complete this Hollyn ab work out it took about 2 1/2 weeks for me to be able to do the full duration of the work out it’s pretty awesome that happens because you can feel that is due to the progress of your total abdominal muscles it’s a different kind of feeling. Thank you so much rock and workout!
