Her: No Jumping

day 1; sweating like a mfer ! feel it on my lower stomach & thighs
day 2: i don’t know if i’m doing it wrong but i only feel it in my legs & like my love handles so 🤷🏾♀️

i must be doing something wrong, all that hurts is my cuadriceps, like, extremely, to the point where after 5 mins i cant keep going and im shaking afterwards, any advice? i cant keep doing this if its gonna be this painful, there HAS to be something im not doing right
I just started the 1 month ab workout of 2019 and doing this after the first day is hard. My entire stomach was sore and now extra exercise.
My first day..it was hard..will redo it tomorrow so i can move to the advanced level

i havent been in shape for a year, i was doing chloe ting workouts į did them for a year, not only chloe ting į was working out at Home allot and į was in my best shape but then į became lazy and stopped working out, now That ive gained weight its hard for me to do these exercises, either way heres my progress. (Day 1. Extra hard sweating loads almost impossible after 10 minutes. Skipped a few exercises to relax and chuged allot of water in between exercises.). (Day 2. A bit easier to do since im afraid to try new workouts and now im used to this and know how long it will last so I’m more comfortable doing this now. I think I see a bit progress in my shape but that might be because I haven’t eaten yet ( I bloat allot so it’s hard to tell). (Day 3- coming soon )
