These are awesome tips!!!i haven't done Aprils or May challenge my daily has changed so very much …I do clean eat and drink
over a gallon of water a day I do walk and it's a struggle with my crazy life but your so right all these are so doable and are free ..your amazing Lucy and I so much appreciate all you do thank

Hi Lucy Whats your thoughts on the keto diet? (confused) cholesterol runs on my Father's side and I have high cholesterol too.(on statins) I know sugar is not good for us….but all the high fat …can this be good for us? Tfs and hope your having a nice weekend👍👍😊

Hi Lucy. This is so good, perfect advice. I wish that I would have found you earlier, I got married 2 months ago and I was trying to loose weight for it, I lost a few kg…but not as much as I wanted. I absolutely love your workouts. And for my age and level of fitness they a so perfect. Anyway I am going to do this, not for my wedding anymore, but to feel healthier and look better for myself. Thank you a million times over Lucy. You are the best personal trainer ever. And it is also so good to hear that you don't need to spend hours exercising to get where you won't to be. I could go on and on, but ….. thank you, thank you, thank you💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Hi Lucy. I am a regular follower of your Vedio and do workouts every day. I am 76 Kgs and 45 years old. Along with workouts I also eat regulated diet to reduce weight. However in last couple of months I am suffering from IBS and have observed that I can't eat high fibre diet as it is the main cause of stomach disorder. Request you to suggest an alternative diet as I M now gaining weight despite regular exercises. I want to reduce to 72 kgs. Regards, Aperna
