Love watching your videos. I have made the mistake of jumping on the scale every day as well. I learned the hard way that losing weight can be a positive thing, but it can be misleading at the same time. As long as I'm eating right and doing proper exercising, it is the critical factor here that exhibits results and a trim body.

i started wanting to lose weight, i ended up gaining muscle and losing no weight still happy but what the hell happened

as you gain muscle it also burns calories, but muscle weights more than fat. so, you most likely did end up losing fat, but the muscle makes up more of your weight.

Hi, have you heard about "Musclegion" (do a Google search for it)? On their website you can watch a good free video showing how you can grow visible muscles really fast. It helped Devan to break through his body building stagnation and thus gain chiseled muscle mass free of fat very fast. It may help you out too.

Hi there, have you heard about "Musclegend" (look on Google)? On their website you can watch a nice free video explaining how to gain visible muscles quickly. This helped Brandon to overcome his body building stagnation and thus gain chiseled lean muscle mass with no fat very quickly. I hope it works for you too.

You are correct. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming.
