Mam suggest to me some excercise to reduce the thigh and butt fat and arm fat one more thing i have tht is my left thigh is bigger than right thigh so what can i do for this pls suggest me mam😊

Hi Lucy great news. I love the walking workout. I travel a lot as you know and not all places I go to are "safe". I'm in Russia at the moment and had an awful extortion incident last night very scary. So the value of an indoor walking workout is huge to me as I can do that I need to do and be safe whereever I am. Looks lovely enjoy your evening. Got to go now got a work out to do! Jacqui Taylor

Congratulations on the interview 👍 I'm in Sydney, Australia but still want to take this chance to say that even with a chronic disabling condition that causes pain and fatigue and more, I can follow along with your videos, some with some modification. You're right about YouTube videos being too hard or intimidating. Also I like yours because they are short and the sense of satisfaction of completing 4,7 or 10 minutes keeps me coming back, which is what it's all about 😊 Keep posting!

I started off with your 15 minute walking videos and combined it with a 5 mile bike ride. I have really seen results in the few weeks since I started. I have gradually added some over your 7 minute video challenges and some other 4 minute videos. I actually look forward to working out now. I just keep forgetting to measure myself, I did go to the doctor and I've lost 24 pounds since August 6. Thank you for taking your time and making these videos for us❤❤

Ive been doing Lucys workouts since June. Ive tried most. I really feel the burn with this one & the standing abs. Lucys narration makes it so easy & encouraging , the way she explains things is great x

Your videos are very well put together and the workouts are like MAGIC!! The fact that your workouts are so easy yet super effective is mindblowing!!! I used to HATE working out! Just the thought of working out would drain me!! But once i did your total body 7 day workout i noticed results immediately(2days to be exact) and i felt great and ive continued incorporating other videos of yours and i have lost so much weight and inches!!!

Love your indoor walking workouts! Living in the Southeast USA during the hot, humid summers is miserable and hard for me to enjoy outdoor activities. Your workouts have been a fantastic option. They help keep me active after a long day behind my desk and I adore the views of both France and London. 🙂 The views alone motivate me! Please keep doing these. My sister and I began alternating your workouts with other workouts about 6 months ago, and we're both over age 60. You are now our go-to-exercise routine because of the effectiveness of your workouts and the variety. We do the walking-toning routines as well as some of the 7 minute workouts. I appreciate the emphasis on an overall healthy lifestyle versus a quick fix approach. Thank you for making fitness so easy to fit into my day, and thank you for the marvelous variety of workouts. Please keep up the great work. (I'm in the USA)

I found Lucy on YouTube about four weeks ago and have done (more than one of) her workouts every day since then. I never thought working out at home was for me, now I love it. I never liked toning classes at the gym, but Lucy makes it fun. I feel healthy, strong and I’m proud of my determination and perseverance. My 10 year old daughter is catching the Lucy fever, too. Thanks, Lucy, keep it up!
