Hi Lucy great news. I love the walking workout. I travel a lot as you know and not all places I go to are "safe". I'm in Russia at the moment and had an awful extortion incident last night very scary. You're right about YouTube videos being too hard or intimidating. Also I like yours because they are short and the sense of satisfaction of completing 4,7 or 10 minutes keeps me coming back, which is what it's all about 😊 Keep posting!

I started off with your 15 minute walking videos and combined it with a 5 mile bike ride. I have really seen results in the few weeks since I started. I have gradually added some over your 7 minute video challenges and some other 4 minute videos. I actually look forward to working out now. I just keep forgetting to measure myself, I did go to the doctor and I've lost 24 pounds since August 6. Thank you for taking your time and making these videos for us❤❤

My sister and I began alternating your workouts with other workouts about 6 months ago, and we're both over age 60. You are now our go-to-exercise routine because of the effectiveness of your workouts and the variety. We do the walking-toning routines as well as some of the 7 minute workouts. I appreciate the emphasis on an overall healthy lifestyle versus a quick fix approach. Thank you for making fitness so easy to fit into my day, and thank you for the marvelous variety of workouts. I found Lucy on YouTube about four weeks ago and have done (more than one of) her workouts every day since then. I never thought working out at home was for me, now I love it. I never liked toning classes at the gym, but Lucy makes it fun. I feel healthy, strong and I’m proud of my determination and perseverance. My 10 year old daughter is catching the Lucy fever, too.
