Awesome as usual. Thank you, Lucy. I don’t consider myself a beginner anymore, which is a good thing, but love the moves in here and every move counts as long as you keep moving. Like the circle timer too, something different than the bar. 💞💪🏻

Im 87kg right now 😢 feeling sick also I'm very upset 😢 i want 60kg but how😢 I don't eat very much but if i don't exercise or walk i became fat too much faster

Hi this is kelly pls in one of your videos can you give a A shoutout because my sister is following you for like 3 months and she not fat she is slim and one day she just woke up and said she is fat and my parents said she can be doing exercises with your videos is just that my sister is not eating food like she is only eating half a food a day she is falling she but she. said she is fine but I know she is not fine pls Can you write in your next video what to eat and avoid eating If you want to be slim pls my parents don't know what to do because she eates half a meal a day pls I am begging you pls her name Nelly Odikanwa pls

I've been exercising most of my life. I was blessed with a body that has a super slow metabolism which has really been an issue for me. It's taken me a long time to just appreciate what my body can do. It may not look like it, but it gets me through an hour a day of exercise. I had eight children, that's amazing for a body to do. Anyway, I enjoy your variety of workouts–longer ones, short quick ones, more advanced and those for beginners. I always have my teenagers start your beginner workouts. I liked how you emphasize the work of the body rather than size or shape. It gives young girls a healthier view. I'm also doing the beginner workouts this week. I've spent a week in the hospital and am now trying to gently ease back into exercise. So, overall, thank you! Thank you! Your channel has been a life saver!!
