I didn't enjoyed- I loved it. I havend even known how much I need stretching…as I workout 5-7 days a week…this was much needed. Now I don't even want to do any workout for the day as I feel good. Maybe I ll do 10min arms tho🤔

Followed this routine from the one month workout plan and it made me crying out loud since my flexibility is nonexistent 😂 but it also made my body feel so light at two third of the video! Thank you so much, i really did enjoy it!

I really, really enjoy this video. I use it often when I wanna stretch.
There are some stretches that calm me down so much…
I would not mind a 1-h version of this where we hold the stretches for longer periods wink wink 😀
