Yes please more of these. I' doing more home workouts because of Covid like I'n sure most people. Heaviest weights are only 5bls. everything else is still no in stock. But how many times in a week should we work out each body part to gain strength and tone? Is two day per group enough? I just discovered you couple of months ago from my friend who follows you.. SO glad I did. Love your workouts.

Oh wow, I didn't know you are vegan! That is excellent!!! I am vegan myself and it is so good to find a woman fitness instructor who is vegan. I don't know why, but I feel it's different for guys, I mean hormones, energy levels and fitness. Or maybe I can just relate more to a female 🙂 I love your channel by the way!

I’m watching this 2 years after Maddie made this video but it’s such amazing and great advice. Maddie is doing this for her own mental and physical health and to have fun with it. I love how she’s not the kind of girl to be trying to show off all the time but rather someone who wants to workout for a purpose that makes her want to improve and grow. She’s so considerate of her followers by uploading workout videos that are fun, for beginners or people with more experience, and have a deeper meaning behind them. She genuinely wants to share her journey and workout ideas which is amazing. Her workouts have a deeper meaning than just doing a workout or being in shape. Maddie and her workouts show how you can accept where you are in your fitness journey and how it’s not always about how good you are.
