I am on my journey to losing 70 pounds. I came across your channel a few days ago and have felt so inspired to keep pushing myself a little more each day and feeling pride in even my smallest improvements. When I started working out a little over a month ago, I could barely do 10 squats without my leg muscles immediately stiffening and refusing to work anymore, now I am striving to push my limits when I think I've reached them to get just a little further past them, still struggling with catching my breathe and can't fully keep up with you but I can proudly say that regardless of having to slow down a bit during the workouts sometimes, I am still following your videos everyday and can't wait to be able to do them at 100% pace! 🙂
New mom here as well. My baby is 6 months this Sunday and my friend and I have committed to your work out programs for a year. So happy to have a positive committee here, cannot wait to keep going and see the results 🙌❤️

I'm only 13 i love my bodies but i want a better body with more resistence and it's not for my weight because it's only a number but it's a strong fact. I want to be more agility,more strong,more toned and i hope that chloe can help me.

next year im moving to an apartment for highschool and im so exited to lose weight bc i cant lose weight when im at my childhood home bc my mom makes delicious food and so ill have more controll on what i can cook and how much i work out and also my parents are letting me go to the gym next year as well!

My favorite thing when watching these girls is seeing their shift in mood. They look so much happier at the end. Working out doesn’t just affect your physical health, it also increases your mental health😊
