This was the first time I've done this one and I loved it! 🙂  I actually had a stretchy band that came with my subscription to Fitness magazine so I was able to use that.  So fun!

Wow, what a surprise–it worked out my whole body, but especially my hands, since it was hard to hold the band the more stretchy it was!

I really wanted to do this workout, but found I couldn't do it without the bands. I felt odd…

I am doing the calendar. To those of you who have done the calendars, are there much more videos with equipment needed?

It's discouraging not to finish a workout. I thought all of her videos were using just the body. 

Any recs on what video to put in its place? Thanks, popsters!

Kind of unrelated, yet not really. I eat really well most of the time, and then every once in a while (for a day or two) I will eat really bad, and like not on purpose I just get really hungry for chocolate or something. Why does that happen, and how can I stop it?

This workout is totally doable without the stretchy band. Just think modifications! I really felt it in my abs so it's definitely worth a shot! 🙂

Cassey please do more videos with equipment (bands and power circle) !! I keep coming back to this playlist but I have done all of them too many times lol Resistance is the biggest part of Pilates and it's super effective ! Also more total body workouts ! 🙂 Love you so much !

I used water bottles with sand in them instead of bands and that worked phenomenally!
