You guys will love this total body POP Pilates workout! To increase the intensity of the moves, I am using the Blogilates Stretch Band You can still do the workout without the bands, just add them in when you’re ready to BURN and get results even quicker!

This was the first time I've done this one and I loved it! 🙂 I actually had a stretchy band that came with my subscription to Fitness magazine so I was able to use that. So fun!

Wow, what a surprise–it worked out my whole body, but especially my hands, since it was hard to hold the band the more stretchy it was!
Love this workout! I just have a regular resistance band but it works just fine! Definitely would love to see more workouts like this!!

Kind of unrelated, yet not really. I eat really well most of the time, and then every once in a while (for a day or two) I will eat really bad, and like not on purpose I just get really hungry for chocolate or something. Why does that happen, and how can I stop it?

This workout is totally doable without the stretchy band. Just think modifications! I really felt it in my abs so it's definitely worth a shot! 🙂

I used water bottles with sand in them instead of bands and that worked phenomenally!
