Barstarzz member Vertical showing a great park workout. For the dips you want to perform 5 down holding the position at the top of your dip while you wait for your partner to finish his, or her set.
Push ups: 5 down on push ups, and hold at the bottom while waiting for your partner to finish with their set. Once you reach 1 you will work your way through the numbers going up until you reach 5.
Squats: The squats will be done in the same manner as the push ups.
Pull ups: Will be done in the same manner as the dips. You will hold with your chin parallel to the bars.

Next time you do some videos like this, can't you just do all the reps full ROM and try to become very good at certain exercises before you record them if you want to inspire people?

First let me say you guys are awesome, but I think you guys can really improve your channel by creating specific muscle group workouts. I know you guys do have videos of specific muscle group exercises, but they're very scattered. I would (and I'm quite sure many others would as well) appreciate if you had a playlist where you had a video for all the various calisthenics workouts for each muscle/group. For example, a playlist called "workouts for specific muscle groups" then within the playlist a video for each muscle group. Then in each video begin with beginner exercises then intermediate and finally advanced exercises.
