Hey. I have lost 3 stone in 10 months with hasfit and continue to use it to get toned. I absolutely love it. I set up my own fitness page on facebook called 'Debbie's health and fitness motivation' and it is going brilliantly and i have people all over the world writing to me asking for help and I always recommend hasfit!!😀😀💪💪💙💙 I have changed so much im 2014 and even got qualified as a gym instructor and fitness instructor and recently got engaged. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for changing my life! Before hasfit I was severely depressed from my weight gain and decided jan 7th 2014 I was gona change and I started hasfits "30day challenge to get in shape" and from then on I haven't looked back!thank you!! all i do is jump while holding a 25 pound plate it works for me i basically do basketball movements while holding the plate
I'm 6ft 2 and I weigh 170 pounds and i can touch rim is there any way I can dunk by the time basketball season starts again???
