Catching up again on the holiday challenge! Day 13 workout done!
Day 13 completed on Sunday along with turbojam.
Day 13 done, but combined it with day 15. Wow, this was tough after that thighs boot camp!!
Day 13 finally done! I also caught up by doing Day 11 Cardio Barre first followed by this Lower Body Barre Workout. I really felt my legs working on both of these workouts. Cardio Barre was a great workout for the thighs, hips and butt, except I found it very hard on my hips and lower back (issues) trying to hold my leg up followed by pain, though, Do you have any suggestions or modifications for these ? Thanks, Jessica!
Oh, how I admire ballerinas! Oh, how I dislike the words, "eight more"! Especially on this seemingly easy-peasy, 15 min. workout!!! And, when you said, "Keep your leg at hip height," I had to laugh… um… it was NEVER at hip height on those leg lifts… I'll take that as a "challenge"! Thanks, Jessica

Just now checking in for day 13. I did this with abs walk
after being in hiatus for years, I'm now getting back to being a bit active. I do only yoga but wanted a variety so tried your 30-min barre. I actually only lasted 12 mins cause it was too hard lol….so this one is perfect for a barre beginner like me! 😉

Hi Jessica, Love your workouts! Is there a certain chair height to aim for relative to individual height? I am 5'10'' and I think the "normal" chair I'm using places my body at a high angle that makes some of these moves unduly awkward. Thanks!

Hi, I loved this workout but after completing it yesterday my left upper shoulder/lower neck has been cramping up today. Any advice on how I can avoid this in the future?

Short but tough. I struggle with my form on some of these, probably due to weak glutes 🙁 – PS don't try this with a swivel chair like I did 😀
