Tone, sculpt and stretch your body from head to pointed toe with this ballet-inspired workout program. This DVD includes three workouts that can be done separately, or all together for one complete class session:

CARDIO BALLET (20 Minutes) Forget that boring treadmill — burn calories with the grace of a ballerina! This fat-burning, ballet-inspired session works up a surprising sweat in a small amount of space, no equipment required (both high and low impact options shown).

BARRE BURN (20 Minutes) Lift, shape and define your entire body with this cardio sculpting barre workout. A sturdy chair and a set of light hand weights (2- to 8-pounds, depending on level) are recommended for this routine.

FLOOR BARRE (20 Minutes) Cinch, tighten and stretch — without ever leaving the ground — with this total body, core conditioning routine. A mat and a small soft ball or pillow are recommended for this workout.

Total Run Time: Approx 60 Minutes

You must have been a ballerina at some point, the movements and postures are so graceful. The new videos lack clarity though, at least what I see in the preview..

It is an absolute mistake not to buy this workout series! I do Jessica's full body circuit training regularly and although I am fairly advanced this is a fabulous way to jumpstart muscles that may not be working in your regular routines. I did all 60 minutes and it was really tough. Thanks so much for this DVD and it's worth every single penny. I love you so much I'm considering posting a review of the work out on my own channel to help promote it. Fabulous!

This is a very fascinating yet capable workout. It definitely works in giving you a leaner, more trim appearance. After years and years of working out and going up and down with my weight, I always come back to your videos. They are direct, easy to follow/very well instructed, reliable and never boring. Most of all, they are safe and effective. Trust me when I say I've tried the trendier stuff and many if not all fitness trends…this lady is the only one that has helped me put down 50 lbs consistently and I've pretty much have no metabolism. You want your workouts to motivate you, not leave you in utter defeat. I say if you don't know where to start, start with her. Getting healthy takes both mental and physical strength and most instructors don't count that. I believe she does.

My young life has had many struggles and at 24 I've battled a lot with my physical appearance, health, and overall well being. At first it washeartbreaking and difficult, as I don't know much about fitness nor grew up around it. Then I met you on a 10 minute solution video, and I've purchased/followed everything since. Thank you so much for staying true to your work Jessica. You're like my fairy godmother of fitness, you give me just what I need, none of what I don't.
