I didn't workout in over four weeks. It started with skipping one day, then the next and then the next so on, i thought that i had to use every free minute i had to study for the upcoming exam.
After three weeks i didn't feel like doing ANYTHING, eating, drinking, watching tv, everything was just annoying.
Than I got the scores for the exam and I had failed, I still didn't have time because the next exam was the week after. But since than i've been forcing myself to at least do some bodyweight exercises, like push ups, squats and planks and the motivation started coming back. It seems like over the passed year of regularly working out (3-4 times a week) my brain has gotten used to working out and can only function correctly
So know matter how many things you have on your ToDo list you always have time for at least a five minutes HIIT workout, just never skip a day! I have learned my lesson…

Hey Coach, how're you?
Make "A Day In The Life" with all your routine, since you wake up till you go to bed. All your meals (if possible with recipe), your workout, etc… will be very interessant =D

Thanks
