Loved the Tone Every Zone workouts, as they have gotten progressively harder over the 4 weeks, meaning you are not doing the same exercises over and over!  Loved the back workouts as most fitness programmes focus on tummy/legs, esp. for women.

Your workouts have changed my life!!! I have always been out of shape and I haven't been that flexible. Since I started doing your workouts when you started uploading the week one day ones, I am more confident in my body and I feel AMAZING!!!!! Not only that I can touch my toes which I haven't been able to do since I was little. Thank you so much for not only the workouts but for being so inspiring:)

I don't know how many times I can say thank you so much for creating these videos. They have helped me so so much stay motivated to workout. I honestly don't know how I would of gotten into the mindset of fitness and a healthier lifestyle. Thank you Lucy for changing my life!

thank you so so much ❤ 6days to go with this whole week. everyday again. i feel so great sience im doing your workouts everyday. love the cardio more because its not going to wake me babies up because im doing this workouts normally at 5am everyday in the morning. its a great start to the day ❤ thank you so much ☺ …still need to get away from the kinder chocolate everyday but i am pretty sure i can do this too. xxxx

LUCY! LUCY! LUCY!
I did it!
I can't tell you how great I feel after working out. In fact, today I was almost about to skip this routine (I woke up late in the morning and the lockdown isn't really helping much) but guess what? I couldn't. Yes, I repeat, I COULDN'T. I am so addicted to working out! I just feel like I am missing something when I don't. All thanks to you and your super easy and super effective workout plans! It's 10 o'clock in the night right now, and I just completed doing today's session.
Also, I have a good news for you, my trainer!
My BMI was 25.7 when I started off with your 7 days challenge this February. I continued doing that for about 2 months. I did one 30-days shred challenge. And then I completed this tone every zone challenge today. Guess what? My BMI is now 24.3!!! That's insane because never in my 20 years of existence have I ever been in the normal range! Thank you so much, Lucy!
