honestly all of your 20 minutes back workouts are my favorites, because back is my favorite muscle to train. But I would love a back and biceps one with a bit of cardio in it like this one. Or a back and hamstrings one day! A 20-30 minutes one would be perfect.

This is tougher than it looks. I've done it a few times & still forget every time! Still stuck with heavy weights for a few exercises though.
