I'm literally size 14/16 so unfit.. even when I was a size 6 to 8 and went to the gym 4 days a week when i was on the heavier end of a size 8…think i was just overa size 8..some times id do 2 classes on a day…I've always struggled with pain in my legs especially…my sister and mum suffer from fibromyalga and I suspect given various symptoms I do but doctors don't tend to recognise this… I've always felt unfit even when going regular to the gym and also having an e.d. I want to benefit from exercise but I'm not sure how…I follow ur channel and would subscribe to the app bit feel a bit like at this point I don't know what would work for me…not trying to give excuses but genuinely want something that would work for me 😊

I found using a supinated grip for rows activates more lats much more as well. That has been a game changer for me. Try it out next time and let me know.
