I play soccer too! Sucks being on a bulk and playing though, you feel so heavy and slow on the pitch. Would love to hear your advice on how you balance soccer and lifting (specifically while on a bulk).

To increase the size of my arms, i train them 4 times a week! A total of 32 sets for biceps and 32 sets of triceps! My split is Push, Legs, Pull and i add arms to every Push and Pull. Supersets and short rest times, 16 set takes like 12 minutes!

Biceps are my least favorite muscle to train, next to my calves. I used to love training them both my calves and arms are 16 inch-ish. But now when I train them I don't see any benefit to carry over to my my heavy lifts so I feel like it's a waste of time now.
i fkn hate training biceps man. if my recovery was tangible, id do back everyday 😀

Went from 142 to 121 in about 5 weeks, followed a lot of his 3 day split workouts mixed with sprints. Also my benching went from 95 to 115. Btw I'm 5'7 and 9th grade

decent back workout with the 2 vertical/horizontal rows
but the first bend over row sucked man:
– bad tension putting the barbell down each rep
– and 5reps a set is NO hypertrophy dude no way
also u should pull towards ur chest not ur chin to feel ur lat more on ur pullups

How come this guy is still so small after such a long time? Im not saying hes weak he got a good squat and deadlift but isn't this guy supposed to be focused on bodybuilding or am i wrong here?
