This workout is for anyone after pregnancy (whether that was weeks ago or years ago) and will get the heart pumping with gentle yet effective moves. Designed for getting back into working out after having a baby, but good for anyone in the postpartum period, or those needing a lower impact, but effective cardio workout.

I love how forgiving you are about exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. It's hard to find that sweet spot between pushing yourself and overdoing it, especially when getting back into exercise. Seeing you struggle with the same and forgiving yourself is so reassuring.

Amy, I used your prenatal workouts all throughout my pregnancy two years ago. Since then, I have been using your postnatal workouts and always wondering if you would have another baby. I am so happy for you to hear that you had another — congratulations! I am also so happy to hear that you got to have a VBAC. I am so happy for you! I want to thank you so much for these workouts. They helped so much during my pregnancy. I also had a cesarean so your postnatal workouts were so relatable. … I was thrilled to see this new workout today when I searched for a new postnatal workout to do! Glad to see you back Amy! And congratulations on your second baby. Loved your workouts when I was pregnant and now that my little one is 6 months old, I am slowly getting back to regular exercising. Thought I would do it sooner but some things just don’t go as planned:-) Love your new video!
I really appreciate your videos! I love your post natal workout videos. I had a c-section a year ago and I’ve really been struggling to get back into shape. But these videos make me want to work out regularly, and to keep pushing myself. Thank you Amy!

Around 8 weekss PP from my second vaginal delivery, and this workout had my legs sore from all the squats, lol. But it's a great low-impact workout! Thanks!

This workout has great exercises which are safe and I love the format of 40 secs exercise with 20 secs rest. Very effective and well explained. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for this workout and the calendar you made. I worked out with you before pregnancy, all the way through with our first baby born 10 weeks ago. I’m really struggling to get back into fitness. So many years of working out, and one childbirth changed all my strength and endurance. I appreciate all the encouragement you give during the workout. It’s tough to not get down and a bit sad sometimes. ❤️
Thank you for posting this video. Im so glad I came across this video 8 months ago. I have lost so much weight since and im happy to be close to my pre baby weight. It has helped me with gerd, stress and made me feel more confident than ever. My body isn't the same as it was but it is strong. Its been 3 years since I've had my 3rd baby and im so happy to be healthy, happy and fit again. Thank you Amy 😊
