hey jeff, i think most people who have objected to the intro would tune more of their friends into the athlean team if this video was at the start of all the others.

@tux3n Its a known fact. U have to lift heavy weights to build muscle bulk. High reps dont build muscle. To build muscle fast do just 6 reps with as much weight as u can without failure before 6reps. Being naturally lean is a gift coz then u just need to focus on muscle growth. I'm not lean, so I instead need to do high reps, coz its better for fat loss!

The Athlean X program is the real deal. I have used it for a month now, and the results are great! I have always kept in shape, and I have worked with different trainers and used different programs (P90X for instance), but I have never gotten results like this in so little time.

have any of you actually used Athlean x?? if so my goal is to get ripped but i want to loose 20 pounds in the next four weeks. I will be playing 3+ hours of soccer combined with cardio and also weight lift. this was my plan to loose 20 pounds. now i found athlean x and idk if i should do it. i will still be doing the 3 hours of soccer every day but the weight lifting and NUTRITION is different. idk if it is too many calories to drop 20 pounds in 4 weeks. What do you guys think?

Just a quick question on your workout.

What does 8 x Through mean? All your workouts have specific sets/reps or time limits but there is a few that says 8 x through just wondering how many this is or how long?

Thanks

Hey–I'm not sure how to e-mail you, Mr. Cavaliere (perhaps I didn't investigate your channel enough). Anyway, I broke down and just purchased your program, plus the one "Hollywood" upgrade. Anyway, you've mentioned, in a couple of your videos, that running/extended-cardio are not necessary in achieving one's athletic fitness goals. However, I do enjoy running a few times a week. So, I'm wondering–are there smart ways of integrating running into your program? Let me know. Thanks…

Does this program require work outs in the morning or can they be done at any time of the day?

Hi Jeff,
I have one leg is stronger than the other. It'd be really great if you can share some exercise/ tips on how to strengthen my weak leg (the hamstring in particular) so I can balance it out a bit.
Cheers.

Jeff,
First off, I am a huge fan of the mentality you have on working out like an athlete. Second, I am a college catcher and understand your background in baseball training. I tore my shoulder labrum the summer before my senior year in high school (2011). My velocity is till somewhat down compared to what it used to be. I was wondering if you recommend a certain warm up routine before throwing to prevent injury and to really loosen up the shoulder before throwing. Thanks.
