As the leader of TEAM ATHLEAN, you know I don’t back down from a challenge! Recently, while heading out the door for a vacation, I noticed that I got challenged by ATHLEAN-X user Stephen Rohrbacher to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge. Challenge accepted.
In return, I’m challenging each and every member of the team and all my viewers to take part in this cause as well. No, I don’t care if you make a video of yourself dumping water over your head. That’s not REALLY what this is about after all. I’d like to see you donate to the cause.
ALS is a terrible neuromuscular disease that is devastating to those who suffer from it and their families. I’m calling on my team, and the strength in numbers, to make a difference and help combat this disease by making a donation to to assist researchers in finding a cure.

At best this only makes people aware of Lou Gehrig's disease, while making people feel like they helped and are part of something by doing something stupid like the rest of society. Meanwhile, your donations go to the pharmaceutical industry that is only there to make money, not help people, but not all of your money goes, only about 8% of your money actually goes to "research". Instead of doing this stupid shit, pass around useful information, like cannabis slowing the progression of Lou Gehrig's disease or raw food diet reversing it. People are so simple!
